Refund policy
We offer returns and refunds on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Intimate wear items such as underwear, or any item that comes in direct contact with intimate areas are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene standards.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are also excluded.
Return & Exchange Process
- For return and exchange, please drop us an email at reach@wearvolume.in with your Order ID and the details of your request.
Our team will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
- Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the return is received and passes inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated once bank details are shared with us.

If preferred, we can issue a credit note to your registered email, valid for future purchases.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect at delivery.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will reimburse applicable shipping costs after verification.
